Availability
Stoney Creek Cottage is a popular vacation rental…partly
because it is privately owned and cared-for and partly because
it's everyone's idea of that cute little cedar cottage tucked
away from everyday life. Reservations are required and a
two-night minimum is mandatory. The cottage is available
year round and the rates stay the same because the scenery
of every season is magnificent…and somebody's favorite
time to "get away."
 How
to Make a Reservation
Although we can be reached by e-mail, reservations
and payment information must be confirmed by telephone.
Once confirmed, you will receive a letter and information
designed to make your stay both exciting and memorable.
We are not in the vacation-rental, hotel, or bed-and-breakfast
business, so the best time to call is after 6:00 PM EST
or simply leave a voice message to ensure a callback. The

Rates
|
|
- The
cottage will accommodate a maximum of six persons.
- A
two-night minimum is required.
- We
do not accept pets (so sorry).
- Indoors
is a non-smoking facility; smoking is permitted on the porches,
deck or on the cottage grounds.
- For
your convenience, all linens, towels, firewood, soap and
laundry detergent are provided.
- The
cottage also has books, magazines and a small collection
of games.

Payment
Payment is due in full on the day of check-in.
We accept cash, personal checks with identification,
traveler's checks, Visa and MasterCard. Credit Card
payments will be processed two business days prior
to check-in.
Cancellation
All cancellations must be by telephone.
E-mail cancellations are not acceptable. There is
a $25.00 processing fee unless the cancellation takes
place within twenty-four hours of making the reservation.
During the months of May through October, cancellations
less than ten days prior to the reserved date are
subject to a fee equivalent to one-half of the first-night's
stay.
Check-in/
Check-out
 Check-in
time is 3:00 PM EST and check-out must be by 11:00
AM EST. Early and late check-in or check-out times
may be accommodated if other vacation renters will
not be inconvenienced.
